 Laminated Steel Production Process

       Laminated Steel is a kind of metal functional material with double characteristics of plastic film and metal plate. In theory, the coated iron substrate can be directly used by cold rolled steel plate, that is, leaving the coated iron. The technology of color film hollowing and laminating is unique in China, however, the hollowing and laminating iron tank body welding seam is prone to rust, and the adhesive force is not strong;
      In Europe, the United States and Japan, coated iron technology is mostly used as a substrate ferrochrome TFS, that is, should not be left empty coated iron. Its organic film has a very high fastness, which is mainly due to the presence of a layer of chromium hydrated oxide film on the surface of TFS products, which combines with the organic film in the form of hydrogen bond, as shown in figure 1. Figure 2 shows the laminating line directly connected to the ECCS electroplating section.

     At present, there are two laminating process: one is high temperature and high pressure under the extrusion process. Using high temperature laminating and rapid cooling recrystallization technology, the organic film coated with a very high fastness (European and American countries and Japan use this process); Second, the bonding process, using low temperature bonding, the bonding fastness than high temperature and high pressure method.
