Carbon fiber (CF) is a new kind of high strength and high modulus fiber material with more than 95% carbon content. It is made of flake graphite microcrystalline and other organic fibers stacked along the axial direction of the fibers. The microcrystalline graphite material is obtained by carbonization and graphitization treatment. Carbon fibers are soft and rigid, lighter in weight than aluminium, but higher in strength than iron and steel, and have the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high modulus. They are important materials in defense, military and civil fields. It not only has the inherent characteristics of carbon materials, but also has the soft processability of textile fibers. It is a new generation of reinforcing fibers.

Zhuzhou Qijie Technology Co., Ltd. (now restructured to Hunan Qijie Xin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.) established the first demonstration line of hot-rolled non-woven fabric production in 2014. In 2015, it provided the only food-grade coated iron production line independently designed and manufactured for a large international enterprise in Shanghai. In 2016, it provided an independently designed drying line for an enterprise in Fujian Province and for two consecutive years. A large enterprise in Shandong Province provides a cold-rolled plate production line. In 2017, it provides a hot-coated chromium-plated sheet production line for two large enterprises in Guangzhou and Shandong Province. In 2018, it provides a professional production line of carbon fiber electromagnetic heating roller drying unit for a large enterprise in Ningbo and takes over the transformation of aramid fiber production line of a group in Chengdu. Because of the company's professional technology and practice, it is happy to take over Zhejiang Province in early 2019.
