    The electromagnetic heating roll is a heating roll based on the principle of electromagnetic induction heating metal. Compared with traditional heat conducting oil heating roll and electric heating roll, electromagnetic heating roll has the advantages of high temperature, good temperature uniformity, easy maintenance, low energy consumption and no pollution. Electromagnetic heating roller can be used in calendering and setting of various kinds of tabula, surface calendering of textiles, foaming materials, hot pressing composite of film and various substrates, drying and stretching of special paper and hot embossing of anti-counterfeiting laser materials. It has good effects on improving product quality, reducing energy consumption and improving production environment.

    Japan's electromagnetic heating roll manufacturing technology began to develop in the 1960s, and by 2012, its research and development, manufacturing technology has been relatively mature, and is in the leading position in the world. Because the manufacturing of electromagnetic heating rollers involves the professional knowledge of materials, chemical industry, machinery, automatic control, electronics and other disciplines, it is very difficult to manufacture, so after decades of development, this technology is still only mastered by a few enterprises. The application of electromagnetic heating rollers in domestic high-end industries used to be mainly Japanese products, which were expensive and inconvenient to maintain, resulting in high production costs. At the beginning of the 21st century, some domestic enterprises began to develop electromagnetic heating roll technology. After ten years of development, some enterprises in Zhuzhou have successfully mastered the core technology of electromagnetic heating roll independently developed and successfully applied in the commercial field.
