1. Temperature measurement position:
A. Air temperature measurement, which is commonly used in indirect temperature measurement, is more commonly used in some chemical fiber production.

2. Temperature transfer mode
A. Direct signal transmission: the thermocouple or thermal resistance signal is directly transmitted to the temperature control unit;
B. Signal transmission: the thermocouple or thermal resistance signal is first converted and then transmitted to the temperature control unit. The converted signal, such as 4~20mA and other commonly used industrial control signals, can also be transmitted wirelessly or wired according to demand. Wireless transmission needs to provide independent dry battery power supply, which is not a good way in the use of rotating roller. Wired communication transmission is much more reliable, usually, in the industry commonly used form of RS485, has a better cost performance and versatility, can also be based on the actual field of production line communication, select MOBUS TCP, EtherNet/IP and other industrial communication protocols.
On the basis of the above temperature detection, the temperature sensor will sample the temperature of the roller in real time and send it back to the temperature control unit for PID overcalculation. The signal source will control the power supply regulation module so as to change the current size of the excitation coil and achieve the purpose of temperature control through the closed-loop control.
