      1.      3. Great error in the temperature detection, control, detection means has two kinds: one kind of measuring roll temperature inside the space, and roll surface temperature difference is very big (according to the different temperature and product difference, 40-100 ℃ temperature difference) and roll surface temperature change can not be detected, basically belongs to the state of open loop control, temperature control can't meet the production requirements;

        Another test roller surface temperature, contact and non - contact temperature measurement. The contact type is that the contact element is attached to the surface of the roll (not the working surface), which has wear on the surface of the roll and the detection element, and has a low life, which affects the quality and appearance of the surface of the roll, and cannot directly detect the temperature of the working surface. The non-contact temperature measurement is greatly affected by the environment temperature, and the measurement error is large, so it is difficult to meet the production process requirements of top companies. 

        The heating element of electric heating roller has high heating temperature, short service life and large maintenance, so the electric heating roller can only be used in the production of low-grade products with low temperature control requirements and low temperature uniformity requirements, such as corrugated paper, non-woven fabric and so on, which basically belongs to the non-optional range.
